Introducing The Shadow Work Studio

Hello beautiful people. 💜

For those of you who don’t know me, hello — I’m Nancy.

I’m so excited to finally share something that I’ve been quietly pouring my heart into over the last few months — The Shadow Work Studio.

This is something that has been growing in my mind for a while, and it feels incredibly special to finally be able to bring it to life here in Buxton.

So, what is The Shadow Work Studio?

The Shadow Work Studio is a space created for those who feel called to explore the inner work.

A place to slow down, reconnect with yourself and make space for the parts of you that perhaps haven’t always had the time, safety or permission to be seen and understood.

It’s rooted in the belief that support doesn't have to look one particular way.

Sometimes we need to talk. Sometimes we need stillness. Sometimes we need to reconnect with our bodies, take some time for ourselves, or simply be somewhere we don't feel the need to explain everything.

The Shadow Work Studio will bring together holistic and reflective experiences, wellbeing support and carefully considered events — creating opportunities to explore yourself, connect with others and simply pause for a while.

No pressure. No expectations. No need to have all the right words.

Just a space to be.

Something a little different

The Shadow Work Studio has been created with people in mind who may not always feel at home in traditional wellness or therapeutic spaces.

Whether you've felt misunderstood, struggled to find an approach that feels right for you, or simply want to explore a different way of supporting your wellbeing, I want this to be somewhere you can feel comfortable arriving exactly as you are.

At the heart of it all is safety, choice and permission — giving you the space to explore what feels right for you, in your own way and in your own time.

I truly believe there is something very special about creating spaces where people can come together, feel supported and know that they don't have to fit into a particular box.

And that is exactly what I hope The Shadow Work Studio can become.

There is still lots to come, and I cannot wait to share more with you as the studio takes shape — from the treatments and experiences we'll be offering, to the events and spaces we have planned.

This is just the beginning.
